How We Share Homeowner Information

RooferRouter is a roofing lead generation platform. When a homeowner submits a roofing estimate request through our website, the core function of our service is to route that request — including the homeowner's name, contact information, and project details — to roofing contractors who have been approved for the homeowner's service territory on our platform.

Sharing homeowner request data with matched roofing contractors is not a sale of personal information in the traditional commercial sense — it is the service you requested. Contractors receive your information for the sole purpose of responding to your roofing inquiry. They are not permitted to use your information for unrelated marketing or to share it further.

We do not share your information with contractors outside your matched service territory. We do not share your information for purposes unrelated to your submitted roofing request.

What We Do Not Do

We want to be direct about the limits of how your information is used and shared on this platform:

• We do not sell your information to unrelated advertisers. Your name, phone number, email, or project details are not sold to advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing companies who have no connection to your roofing project.
• We do not share your information with spam networks. We do not distribute homeowner request data to mass-market email lists, robocall operations, or any organization whose purpose is unrelated to providing roofing services.
• We do not re-sell leads to multiple competing networks. Homeowner requests submitted through our platform are routed to contractors within our own approved network. We do not syndicate your request to third-party lead aggregators or competing platforms.
• We do not use homeowner data for our own unrelated marketing. We do not add homeowners who submit estimate requests to general marketing lists or contact them about products and services unrelated to the roofing request they submitted.

We use trusted third-party service providers (such as email delivery, analytics, and hosting services) to operate our platform. These providers may process certain user data as part of their services to us, but they are not permitted to use that data for their own independent commercial purposes. Note on Contractor-Initiated Contact

Once your roofing request is delivered to a matched contractor, that contractor is an independent business entity. They will contact you directly using the contact information you provided. RooferRouter is not a party to those communications.

If you wish to opt out of further communications from a specific contractor, you should contact that contractor directly and request to be removed from their contact list. If you are experiencing unwanted contact from a contractor connected through our platform and need assistance, contact us at privacy@rooferrouter.com.

Your Data Preferences and Rights
