By accessing or using the RooferRouter website at rooferrouter.com (the "Site"), submitting a roofing estimate request, applying as a contractor, or otherwise using any feature of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or submit any information through it.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and RooferRouter. "You" refers to any visitor, homeowner, contractor applicant, or active contractor using the Site. "We," "us," and "our" refer to RooferRouter and its operators.

Use of the Site also constitutes your agreement to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. About RooferRouter

RooferRouter is a roofing lead generation and contractor referral platform. We operate an online marketplace that allows homeowners to submit roofing project requests and connects those requests with approved local roofing contractors who have applied for and been granted access to specific service territories on our platform.

RooferRouter is not a roofing contractor. We do not perform roofing work, employ field technicians, hold roofing licenses, or enter into roofing service contracts with homeowners. Any roofing work is performed exclusively by independent contractors who are separate legal entities from RooferRouter.

3. Our Role as a Lead Marketplace

RooferRouter functions as an intermediary lead marketplace. Our role is limited to:

• Collecting homeowner roofing project requests through our website forms.
• Routing those requests to roofing contractors who have been approved for matching service territories on our platform.
• Providing contractors with platform tools for managing leads, pipeline tracking, and account administration.
• Maintaining the lead quality standards described in our Contractor Lead Policy.

We do not supervise, direct, inspect, or control the work performed by contractors. We do not negotiate prices on behalf of homeowners or contractors. We do not warranty, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any roofing work performed by contractors connected through our platform.

Any agreement for roofing services is entered into directly between the homeowner and the contractor. RooferRouter is not a party to that agreement.

4. Use of This Website

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
• Submit requests or contractor applications using another person's identity or contact information without their authorization.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, collect, or submit information through the Site without our written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Site by other users.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site's content or functionality for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove access, or block any user or IP address for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. Homeowner Estimate Requests

Homeowners may submit roofing project requests through our platform at no cost. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your information will be shared. The project details and contact information you provide will be shared with one or more roofing contractors who have been approved for your service territory. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.
• You may be contacted. By submitting a request and providing your explicit consent, you agree that matched contractors may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your project. You may receive contact from more than one contractor.
• Accuracy is your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. Submitting false contact information, false project details, or fraudulent requests is a violation of these Terms.
• You are under no obligation to hire. Receiving an estimate or being contacted by a contractor does not obligate you to hire that contractor. Any hiring decision is yours alone.
• RooferRouter does not provide estimates. We facilitate the connection between homeowners and contractors. We do not provide pricing estimates, cost ranges, timelines, or project assessments of any kind.

6. No Emergency Service Guarantee

If you have an active roof emergency — including but not limited to active interior water intrusion, structural damage following a storm, fire damage, or any condition that poses immediate risk to safety — do not rely solely on RooferRouter to find help. You should:

• Contact emergency services (911) if there is immediate risk to life or safety.
• Contact your homeowner's insurance company directly for emergency remediation guidance.
• Search for local emergency roofing or tarp services through other channels.

While contractors on our platform may respond quickly, we make no representation or warranty regarding contractor response time, availability, or willingness to take emergency jobs. We are not liable for delays, failure to respond, or any loss or damage arising from your reliance on our platform for an emergency roofing situation.

7. No Guarantee of Contractor Availability

We do not guarantee that a roofing contractor will be available in your specific service area at any given time. Contractor coverage depends on whether an approved contractor has applied for and is actively subscribed to your territory. Some geographic areas may have no active contractor coverage.

We do not guarantee that any contractor who receives your request will:

• Contact you within any specific timeframe.
• Be available to take on your project.
• Provide a competitive or acceptable estimate.
• Be available for your desired project start date.
• Be licensed, insured, or bonded in your jurisdiction — though we require contractors to represent that they hold applicable credentials at the time of application.

You are responsible for independently verifying the credentials, licensing, insurance, and reputation of any contractor before entering into a service agreement. RooferRouter does not conduct background checks, license verifications, or ongoing monitoring of contractor compliance beyond our standard application review.

8. Contractor Network and Applications

Roofing contractors may apply to join the RooferRouter network and receive homeowner leads in approved service territories. Acceptance is subject to our review process, service-area availability, and sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

By applying and, if approved, subscribing to a plan, contractors agree to the following:

• Accurate representation. All information provided in your contractor application must be accurate and current. You must notify us of material changes to your business, licensing, insurance, or service area.
• Licensing and insurance. You represent that you hold all licenses, permits, and insurance required to perform roofing services in your approved service territories. You are solely responsible for maintaining these credentials and for any consequences of operating without required credentials.
• Lead handling. You agree to handle homeowner information received through our platform in compliance with our Contractor Lead Policy, applicable law, and these Terms. Homeowner contact information is to be used solely for the purpose of responding to the roofing request for which it was shared.
• Professional conduct. You agree to conduct yourself professionally in all communications with homeowners connected through our platform.
• Subscription terms. Contractor subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Subscription fees are governed by the plan details presented at the time of application. We reserve the right to modify plan pricing with reasonable notice.
• Territory exclusivity. Territory exclusivity applies for the duration of your active, paid subscription for the covered area. Exclusivity lapses if your subscription lapses or is cancelled. We do not guarantee indefinite territory reservation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a contractor account for violations of these Terms, the Contractor Lead Policy, or for conduct we determine to be harmful to homeowners or to the integrity of the platform.

9. No Guarantee of Leads, Jobs, or Revenue

Lead volume depends on homeowner demand in your service territory, which varies by season, geography, weather events, market conditions, and the number of requests submitted through our platform during any given period. We do not control homeowner behavior, and we do not fabricate or inflate lead volume.

Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• A minimum number of leads per month, week, or subscription period.
• That any lead will result in a scheduled appointment, signed contract, or completed job.
• That homeowners who receive contractor contact will respond, engage, or hire.
• That subscription fees paid will be recovered through jobs closed.
• Consistent lead volume from one period to the next.

Leads are delivered as available qualified requests arrive for your approved territory, subject to market availability. Past activity in a territory is not a guarantee of future activity.

10. Third-Party Contractors

All roofing contractors accessible through our platform are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or legal representatives of RooferRouter. We do not supervise, direct, control, or manage contractor operations, business practices, field work, hiring, or conduct.

RooferRouter is not responsible or liable for:

• The quality, safety, timeliness, workmanship, or outcome of any roofing work performed by a contractor.
• A contractor's compliance with local building codes, licensing requirements, permit obligations, or industry standards.
• A contractor's representations, estimates, or promises made to homeowners.
• Disputes between homeowners and contractors regarding workmanship, payment, scheduling, or any other matter.
• Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from a homeowner's use of or reliance on a contractor connected through our platform.

Homeowners should independently verify contractor credentials before hiring. Resources for license verification typically include your state contractor licensing board, the Better Business Bureau, and local consumer protection agencies.

11. User Responsibilities

All users of this Site — including homeowners and contractors — are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information. You agree to submit only truthful, accurate, and complete information through any form or interaction on this Site. Knowingly providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Complying with applicable law. Your use of this Site and any engagement resulting from it must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Your own decisions. You are solely responsible for any decision you make as a result of using this platform — including decisions to hire a contractor, enter into a service agreement, or submit personal information.
• Account security (contractors). Contractor account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.

Homeowner contact details received through the platform must be used only to respond to the specific roofing request for which they were provided. You may not add homeowners to unrelated marketing lists, share their information with third parties, or use it for any purpose other than the roofing project inquiry.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, form structures, and page copy — is the property of RooferRouter or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, distribute, modify, or transmit any portion of the Site's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial reference use is permitted provided you do not alter the content or remove any attribution.

The RooferRouter name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of RooferRouter. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or marks without our written permission.

13. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROOFLEADS PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.
• Any warranty regarding the availability of contractors in any service area.
• Any warranty regarding the quality or outcome of work performed by contractors connected through our platform.

We do not endorse any specific contractor. The presence of a contractor on our platform does not constitute a recommendation, certification, or guarantee of that contractor's quality, reliability, or suitability for any particular project.

14. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROOFLEADS PRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ROOFLEADS PRO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
